How quickly will I hear back?
Most messages and booking requests get a same-business-day reply during Monday–Friday hours. If you book a calendar slot, that time is reserved for you. For urgent timing (offer deadlines, rate locks), call (480) 233-7897 directly.
What should I bring to our first call?
Nothing is required just to talk. Helpful if you have them: goals and timeline, a rough budget, recent pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, and your current mortgage statement if refinancing. We'll tell you what is needed before any credit pull.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. Phone and video appointments are available for borrowers anywhere in the 20 states where our loan officers are licensed: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington, and Wyoming. In-person meetings can be arranged when preferred.
