Where are your loan officers licensed?

Our loan officers are licensed in 20 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington, and Wyoming. What areas do you serve?

Our loan officers are licensed in 20 states and serve borrowers nationwide. Tell us your property state and we will connect you with a loan officer licensed there. Most of the process can be done remotely.

How do I get started?

Connect with a loan officer first. We will review your goals and credit, then talk through programs and estimated payments for your state.

What should I bring to our first call?

Your goals and timeline, a rough budget, and if you have them: recent pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, and your current mortgage statement if refinancing. Nothing is required just to talk.

Does a call or pre-approval hurt my credit?

A conversation does not touch your credit. A full pre-approval includes a credit check, and your loan officer will tell you before it is pulled.

Educational answers only—not a loan offer or commitment to lend.
